Honestly though, that fag probably wanted your girlfriend to see him fisting his asshole and got off on it. Psychology is mostly used by women and faggots to pathologise normal behaviour, usually exhibited by white men. While it can be entertained, one shouldn't take psychology too seriously.

Most 'mental health' issues can be resolved fairly quickly by understanding that if you're not causing harm to yourself or others (i.e. actual abuse) then you're probably okay. You just need stop worrying like a faggot, and prioritise the things that do matter, like income, relationships, and hobbies. And stop watching TV, social media, and put down your phone. Your anxiety should then go away.
