My brother spent that last 8 years of his full 20 in Air Force piloting drones. He said his last few years in he spent more time doing tranny and diversity training than he did at being better at his job. He's almost embarrassingly not racist (he's the moderate Republican type that thinks if we gave citizenship to enough illegals they'd all vote Republican etc..) but said the amount of shockingly under qualified black women on his base was overwhelming his last year or two. He'd say shit like "I just can't believe or understand it, it's like they are just collecting a check and no one will dare do anything to make them effective personnel." Military shouldn't be a Petri dish for politicians.

I remember seeing a video of black girls graduating from West Point and they were crip walking in their dress uniforms with the old time swords and all. I can't find the video but it is a great example of how diversity is our military's greatest strength.
