Honestly my predictions are that Jim leaves, probably starts a podcast with his roommate, Sam stays and does a show with Travis or maybe Than. No way he does a solo show by himself.

The first factor is that like, others pointed out, Sam is an employee, Jim isn’t. Sam probably gets way more benefits than he does despite not being there as long. Sam has a way better gig and wouldn’t want to leave.

Why Travis? Because the end result of O&A to me would always be two of the interns taking over. It’s already that, but even Jim was an integral part of O&A for 2/3 of it’s time. The Sam and Travis show will basically be completely unrecognizable, marking the final bastard mutation of what was once O&A:
