In theaters? Deadpool. because a friend visited from out of town and decided a we should see a movie. I didn't like it.

Prior to that was Pineapple Express.

Touch of Evil slaps, child. I need to watch Hard Days Night but hearing how good the 4k print is I might have to go all fawkin in with the Criterion.

It's a great film. And I've got the time, because well... I got COVID.

I'm feeling alright though. I was one of the "zombies" who got vaccinated, but I feel alright. Mind is in a bit of a fog at times, but Gosia takes good care of me.

Oh yes, I imported the out of print Criterion Blu Ray long ago. Carol Reed is a forgotten genius, in my opinion. Never gets the attention like Hitchcock does, but made similar movies.

I wish I never heard Jim praise it constantly because I expected it to be funnier. It wasn't bad though, the end chase was entertaining as hell.

Pretty fucking funny. Highlights include a old lady calling a crow "nigger bird" and a guy asked by his wife at the zoo if he wants to see the monkeys and his response "if I want to see monkeys I'll go to nigger town!".

Recommended if you enjoy Robert Altman
