What countries have you been to?

I'm going to Italy for the first time this summer. I don't consider Mexico or the Caribbean to be separate from the US, so this will be first trip to another country.

Side note: Is it true in Europe that all drinks are room temperature or warmer, and your plumbing is so bad you don't flush toilet paper? I'll hang up and listen for the answer.

It’s true that they don’t use ice in everything like we do in the US but they do have refrigerators so shit is still cold. And there will be ice in things like cocktails that are supposed to have ice.

The toilet paper thing is true in some places but it’s not universal.

In Scandinavia we have very good plumbing and cold water at least. I can't answer for southern Europe, but I imagine Italian toilets don't function great.

Iceland was probably my favorite place out of all those. This hot spring is a fake tourist attraction but I still liked it anyway. I could have sat in there drinking beers for hours.
