My elderly great aunt used to listen to Art Bell. She would have the radio turned all the way up because she was so deaf. I loved it. Recently tried listening to George Noory while working night shift but years of not having to listen to commercials makes it impossible to sit through a nine minute spot break followed by five minutes of live reads. Interesting topics though.

Up until a few years ago was a internet radio station called Dark Matters trying to do an Art Bell style show. It wasn't very good and now the whole thing seems to be abandoned.

yeah man I remember John B Wells, I liked him at first. This was firmly in the George Noory Circus era. George would be a retard all week and then you'd have either an interestingly weird host like Wells and that dumb stoner woman or a legit good host like knapp or punnett who was kind of a dickhead

Man, nu-Coast to Coast with Noory was so tiresome. It was just barely interesting enough if you're on a late night drive, but broken apart with 10 minute ad breaks for lawncare services and air conditioner repair every 15 minutes.
