I feel like this comes up every few years. I think it really depends if he was joking or not. He’s plugged into the right circles and makes a lot of people a lot of money. It’ll be interesting to see how this shakes out. I think that when he told it on OnA he more jokes that it was impossible to know her age. Could actually be a joke but he is also fucking crazy.

"These last couple of weeks have been so bad, I just need to say something… it's easily explainable," the comedian began.
Lee said that in 2013 he was forced to do press after not selling tickets to his second show at Carolines on Broadway comedy club in New York City. When Lee saw "Opie and Anthony" on his schedule, he recalled telling his team, "I don't want to do that show. It's just not my brand. It's edgy, shock jock radio."
The following year, he was scheduled to go on the same radio show and Lee said he decided to do "self-deprecation" and "crazy" jokes to avoid being skewered by the hosts.
The "Reservation Dogs" actor said he combined two unsuccessful jokes from his tour to form the Tijuana story. The first bit was about going on a date with a young girl who looked like 12-year-old Natalie Portman from "Léon: The Professional" and the second joke was about speeding up the process of sex with his girlfriend who started crying about her recently deceased grandma during the act.
"I was encouraged to say crazy stuff without thinking about it," Lee said of why he told the story. "When I listen back to it now it puts a chill down my spine."
The comedian continued, "I changed with society and I look at that story and feel guilt over it. It's terrible. It was stupid to say it as many times as I said it."

I relistened to Bobby’s O&A appearances a few weeks ago. This is a man who shit in a producers office because he felt betrayed, (as previously mentioned) farted in a cast members face, and was so fucked up on drugs that he shit himself on stage during a taping of MadTV. Do we really believe he’s a normal dude who wouldn’t do some crazy shit like this?
And for that matter - who cares man. He (was) a goddamn lunatic.

I do remember him being super-uncomfortable during his appearances, especially the one with Patrice. Only comic I remember wanting to just run out of the studio like someone leaving a bad blind date.
Still don't know if he's a creep or was just making it up, but "O&A made me say it!!!" is a pretty funny excuse all things considered.

I'm like Jim Norton that way. When I worked at a comedy club my favorite Comics were always the ones who are nice to me and the rest of the staff. But I never fucking asked for autographs like a girl.

He's probably raped hundreds of prostitutes like Norton, Patrice, Bobby, Vos, and so on. Those guys would take vacations to places with cheap whores. Tons of comedians seem to have sex tourism be their primary vacations. Patrice told a story of his first time having sex being gang raping a White girl on O&A like it was a story of what he had for breakfast it was so casual. They bragged about touring to Brazil to basically rape drugged out hookers with dildos like it was normal. Bobby Lee going to Mexico for hooker was probably his only vacation up until he became famous and had to try to tone down the degeneracy.
These guys do not see the world normally. Pretty much every top standup has some sort of rape or sexual assault allegation against them. If not crazy outright rapes like Paul Mooney raping Richard Pryor's son. Aries Spears and his wife grooming kindergarten aged kids. Louis CK jacking off in front of women uncontrollably. Cosby drugging women. Norton catching AIDs loads and bragging about it on Rogan.
These guys are all insane.
Opie got Jim to talk about his molestation openly. Got Anthony to blurt out all sorts of odd shit over the years. Got Patrice to admit a rape story that got him imprisoned as a juvenile. Got them to all admit dildos in Brazil. Not to mention Chris Kyle lying about Ventura started on O&A. Jimmy Snuka killing his girlfriend on O&A got the case reopened.
The show had this ability to get people to blurt out all sorts of private and insane information on the air.
