Both. AV Club hired woke writers and now are probably wondering where their views and engagement went. These people consistently do embarrassing ‘White man Bad’ articles on literally anything these days.

They do but it’s an echo chamber. I strictly go there for episode summaries at this point and they managed to make that annoying by adding woke commentary throughout. AV Club should just shut down at this point.
