I looked into the vegan shit for a while because one of my friends in regen ag was getting shit for having sheep on his property from a bunch of militant vegans. I tried to find any who farmed or at least had an animal sanctuary.
There are quite a few, but they get at least one or two meals a day off farm because they can't make all of the bullshit you need to eat in a day, even if they're growing tons of fruit and vegetables. One couple had turned their property into a huge food forest and still needed a cabinet full of vitamins and minerals to be able to do all the work they were doing.

You need a lot less food when you factor in meat. It's also a good thing to feel bad about killing an animal to eat (not that they'd give a shit about you, but I understand) because then you respect the harvest. We waste so much food in this country, if we all had to be involved in the process more people either wouldn't eat meat or wouldn't waste it nearly as much and we'd all be better for it.

But endless examples of people who were on some vegetarian/plant diet and won championships or passed through SEAL training. The military had so many guys in the Green Berets eating vegetarian that they had to change the food orders permanently. There are vegan NFL quarterbacks.

Okay, please explain to us how eating meat and other animal-based foods is nutritionally deficient. Also, if you could be so kind, please explain how vegetables are a necessity when many of them contain so many naturally occurring carcinogens (this is before factoring in glyphosate). Oh, and please explain why a plant diet is healthy when so many plant-based foods contain oxalate and lectins, which are definitely not healthy.

I didn't read most of this. I work a lot of food manufacturing. The shit the US makes (mostly) can't be shipped to Europe. We bitch about the Canadian recipes because the product is complicated when you don't use garbage. Literally we could be putting cyanide in the US food and Americans would love it for the extra almond flavor. We make a product that employees won't eat because it's made out of agricultural waste.
