I heard yesterday that Zelensky nationalized all media and has suspended like 11 opposition parties. Really Putin-esque shit but I’m sure Pat thinks it’s absolutely dire to do so until the evil Vlad is defeated

KIAs are a subset of casualties. Casualties are the superset of all personnel that can no longer perform a military function. Including deaths, injuries etc. While KIAs would be the floor of the total casualties (assuming that's a correct number) Interchanging the terms means he doesn't know the distinction, as usual.

Russia lost 14,000 in 10 years of Afghanistan, and about half that in about 4 years of Chechyna. But he thinks in a few weeks they've lost 15,000. He's so stupid that it makes me think that he doesn't know how to count calories.
