Right, he feigned concern during his Josiah call about potentially making people targets of harassment by "signal-boosting" them or whatever self-aggrandizing nonsense he was talking about. What he really cares about is pretending to be important, and he can't do that if his name and reputation are shit and nobody wants to be associated with him.
