Maybe it's this one

You ever see a (possibly) Italian possibly giallo film where the characters are in a giant corporate office building they keep showing external night shots of? I don’t remember anything except a sex scene where suddenly the guy murders the woman with a hammer.

The scene in Deep Red where she realizes that one of the faces on the wall earlier in the film had been a mirror terrified me to the bone. I'm not explaining it well but it really stayed with me. I haven't seen it in like a decade, should probably rewatch. Crystal Plumage is probably my favourite Argento. Or Tenebrae,

It's not a corporate building but I remember this one having lots of external night shots.

I haven't actually seen Deep Red but I have seen a bunch of those "TOP TEN JUMP SCARES OF ALL TIME!" videos on YouTube, that's where I knew it from. I tried watching Phenomena by Argento recently and I couldn't finish it.
Glad you found it ; was bout to drive into head on traffic hahaha
I immediately knew what you were talking about. Turns out all I had to do was google "Italian horror movie where doll comes out of wall"

My favourite is from Mannen på Taket when he realizes someone's in the room staring at him. That flute is fawking unnerving.

Is that the one where Travolta knows everything but he's gonna die?

There's a movie I remember, I also used to own it as a DVD. It's basically three short movies that don't share a real plot line, only one of the actresses makes an appearance in all of them. One scene plays in a backyard, one in a car and the final scene in a bedroom where more actors are present. It's a very captivating movie despite the scarcity of dialogue.
Anybody know the name?

That scene from Mannen på Taket is the only one I remember from the film, I think. Mostly because it's so jarring compared to the rest of the movie.

Another great similar one, and perhaps my favourite, is the one from Black Christmas.
