If this goes through, it'll be a throwback flamboyant '80s style NY trial like Gotti's earlier ones...and like Gotti he'll get off with a hung jury

There are still a few :image_9247: hanging around NYC who might be in the jury pool. Plus it looks like the case is legitimately weak--even the NY Times said it will be difficult to prove and the prosecutor is using a "novel" legal tactic
