Or is that basically what he did say in legalese and the SFWA lucked out and got an ignorant retard judge to review it initially?

This judge was dead-set on rejecting everything for some reason, either because he didn't read Jen's brief and wanted to save face or strongly disliked the SFWA allegedly facing harassment.

Jen was also being a boyscout and limited himself to the facts, which is the correct thing to do but probably not a winner here. If he was willing to go down in the mud, he should have spent 3 minutes of his time doing a jeremiad about the SFWA members being self-described rabble-rousers who attack people online for political and other reasons, including his client.

IMO it would have helped if an entertainment industry outlet like Bounding Into Comics wrote an article about SFWA funding Patrick and this got added as an exhibit.

At the end of the day, the pro tem is just that - the pro tem. He will write his recommendation but June 6th is the hard target. Thats when they will be in front of an elected official who took an oath. Every other judge in this saga has taken this shit very seriously so I’m confident that the next judge will be no different.

This is also Jerry’s specialty. He got a view into the gaps the pro tem is going to call out so he will just need to be prepared to speak to them. Everything else is something he’s already an expert in.

Upstream Reviews (who?) have written to the SFWA asking about the lawsuit's funding, and got no answer. They also link to a video of industry commentator and author Jon Del Arroz (who?) claiming the SFWA funded him.

It would sure be nice if JDA could write another article for Bounding into Comics and mention it.

If a leading sci-fi writer close to SFWA and familiar with its bylaws is saying it happened, it's almost like an official statement to me.

The Edge leeks have given Quasi a valid reason to get the sfwa/Rick records. He's a full member and has to provide earnings proof for his work through an affidavit.

SpaceEdge should have leaked this earlier, I guess he was too busy shooting up and vaping.

The pro tem judges must be graded based on how useful their recommendations are to the actual judges, so I think it's possible this fag might make a recommendation that is more favorable to Quasi after he reviews everything and suppresses his inclination to side with the group of pedo-defenders playing the victim card.

It's not like these pro tem judges have any real power anyway, so he only would be hurting his chances of becoming an actual judge by submitting a recommendation that is totally biased and useless.
