Having to surround yourself with an annoying buzz of stupid jokes that you don't necessarily want to take part in, when all you'd like to do is listen to death metal, browse Owen A forums and chill with some coffee.
It's like they design those places to remind every employee they're just an interchangeable cog, which is probably why bosses don't sit there with the rest of them.
I know cubicles get a lot of flak, but I'll take one ten times out of ten. I just turned down a job with better pay because of their office plan.
