Binge drinking would be my guess, i mean.. he is always a fat cunt and a raging alcoholic (and homosexual) but some weeks he has that bloated dragged out of a lake look. I personally think he gets extra assblasted every now and then when his viral tweets fail, and when he gets mogged on twitter by brothermen/civilians, so he doubles or even triples his alcohol consumption.
