There’s a 2007/8 financial crisis looming, probably much more severe. Pat and Nikki will be bankrupt and homeless.

I love you boomer.

But as a millenial is pretty hard to get rid of the deepest pitfall of modern education: entitlement.

"We are entitled to" are the most damaging words anyone can hear. It adscribes emotional value to a factual system (life).

We ain't entitled to shit. We are RESPONSIBLE FOR: providing for our kids (a home and decent education, monitoring their behavior), spend responsibly before the rainy days, managing our escapades and our impulses.

The problem is that we manage to get so much shit our lives we've forgotten sometimes simplicity, focus, and dedication is more rewarding than pursuing our latest cravings.

They are totally fucked. I mean we all are, it will smother the life out of what remains of the middle class.

But they’re going to get stung badly very quickly. Which we can at least take comfort in.

The way I see it, every generation has those that do well for themselves and those that dont. Whichever one you become is entirely up to you. Every generation has their own problems. Blaming the government, market, politics, etc., is for fucking losers.

Sure, people can go on and on about how millennials have it rough and the middle class blah blah blah, but I know plenty of people my age and slightly older that are succesful and happy and dont make excuses.

On the flipside it's going to be a great time for those who own their properties outright or have long term fixed rates on 50+% paid down and have spent these last few greedy years saving. Going to be a lot of opportunities out there. What did Buffet say? Be fearful when everyone else is greedy and greedy when they're fearful. People like Fat are fucked though.
Buffet? Brothaman, Boomia is the sage of the pests.

Thanks, Jim. I saw you at the Funny Bone in Yellow Springs last April and you absolutely killed.

he thought he was so smart because he was "getting a lower rate" no nigger, you just took equity you had built up and started over again. real 1.2 gpa move ricky.
If he had a higher rate, like 6% and he just refinanced the amount he owed down to 3% or whatever it was, that would be a sensible move. He'd probably shave a couple hundred off the monthly payment. Instead, he probably refinanced all the extra at the lower rate. He probably didn't lower the payment much, if at all, because the principle went up by 40-50k. And he just took all that money and fucking pissed it away. He was the definition of "nigger rich".

I agree, my own kids go to Catholic school flying a pride flag, because fags are entitled to celebration. So many young people confuse necessities with rights. You are never entitled to any produced thing no matter how necessary they may happen to be.

And old people confuse the concept of fairness with righteous anger towards unfairness.

I understand the world is a hard place and fairness is retarded and doesn’t exist.

I am however allowed to be angry at the unfairness between boomers and everyone else. They had the game set to very easy and every passing decade it gets moved further into insanely hard difficulty.

Boomers are allowed to be retards and rant incomprehensibly about kids today and their Hulu + and Starbucks and etc etc etc

Destroying the economy and destroying civil society were worth it to save me from possibly the most deadly disease in history.

Nevermind I still got it two different times- once after the "vaccine". The vaccine which made me considerably sicker than the virus.

Although there were plenty of laughs had at all of the supposedly brilliant people who couldn't take the time to do basic arithmetic on their iPhone calculators and understand things properly

I didn’t take a vaccine, I didn’t wear a mask - I never socially distanced, I ignored basically every single rule and guideline issued. I got covid twice, one was like having an annoying headache for a day, the other time was like having a mild hangover for a couple of days. I went for a 3 mile jog the day after the dreaded deadly omicron variant, just to see if I could, and it was like doing it hungover and tired.

(I only got tested to milk time off work)

It’s always been a deadly illness for old people who are dying anyway, and a potentially deadly virus for great big fat pigs. The best medicine has always been sunshine, exercise and diet. It’s weird people allowed themselves to be trapped inside, depriving them of the tools to be healthy, and then took an untested gene altering therapy 3-5 times for what is basically a cold.

All this, and the only consequence was destroying the global economy, starving millions in poverty in shit countries, killing untold numbers of healthy young people because of mental illness and it’s long reaching consequences.

At the very least, if you were perceptive enough, it taught you who you can trust. Anyone who was a hysterical vaccine taking retard should be kept at arms length from now on.

Refinancing would be the one smart thing he ever did. Interest rates will never be that low again. I don’t think we ever saw the new mortgage though.

I had no problem with people getting vaccinated. I Had problems with people believing a vaccine that had been on the back burner for almost 2 years could Be a panacea. During lockdowns. In 6 months. Yeah sure.

Masks otoh are the stupidest things ever. I make sure to toss an obnoxious fake cough at anyone stupid enough to still be wearing them voluntarily.

I remember thinking the OG anti vaxxers were retards but I spent some time listening to them and they aren’t, they have very real, very well researched concerns.

Even with established vaccine tech, I am hesitant for good cause.

These ones are brand new and untested, and I can’t fathom why anyone would take one for something which isn’t a problem.

If you track all the “died suddenly” young people obituaries and stories online, you can see there’s a massive surge in them since the vaccine rolled out. It doesn’t take a genius to see it’s linked.

He probably got those variable interest ones like a retard, with an extremely attractive starting rate to lure in morons

Maybe. I’m pretty sure you can get the documents from the state for a few bucks if you really want to see it
didnt he buy the half house in 2016 or 2017? he already had extremely low rates if so. its not like he went from 7% to 2%. add up all the fees and then the wasted money, it would be hard for me to see how the refinancing helped these slobs in anyway.

We have those documents. I don’t remember what the rate was but it wasn’t good because they didn’t get a traditional mortgage, it was some kind of seller financed deal I think. Even 1-2% savings on a 30 year mortgage gives significant savings.
