Yeah it started off funny but once Artie left it went full on George’s gay love life. Mostly because Stern is a closet gay man and didn’t want to look gay in front of Artie who would call him a fruit. I remember Artie once yelling “What the hell are we doing here?!?!” When it came to the increasing gay antics on the show. Stern gets to act out his secret gay urges through the show while complaining about his life and married to a wife who is an obvious beard.
