Genuinely don’t know who’s more retarded - The liberals who think Trump is Hitler and gonna make Latino Dachau after letting Russia sweep Europe

Or the people who think Trump is genuinely gonna change anything and be this populist peace candidate

Retarded statement by someone who obviously knows nothing about Military or Political matters

Ukraine is the biggest country in Europe besides Russia
Ukraine has some of the largest military equipment reserves on the planet
Ukraine had almost 40 million people
Ukraine is fairly densely urbanized with huge blocs of concrete Soviet tenements on every hill and massive cities
Ukraine has full NATO backing in terms of intelligence, satellites, etc
Ukraine rotated troops out of the Donbass for 8 years while also receiving training from NATO countries

Compared to Ukraine, Canada and Mexico basically don't even have militaries.
Compared to Ukraine, Iraq had a couple dense population centers to focus on and an army mainly composed of unmotivated Shia Iraqi conscripts with zero motivation to fight for Saddam

Latvia basically has no army, saying they could " hold Russia off " is just retarded
Romania is like Ukraine but worse in every way militarily, so if Russia has already captured 20% of Ukraine its fair to say that could have dealt with Romania much more easily.

Is the U.S military better than the Russia military? Big time, but I already made that clear so I don't get what your argument is there. America is just leaps and bounds above every nation on Earth militarily.
They are also Slavic- life is cheaper there. They have no issues sending their troops into the meat grinder, such is the life of a Slav.

I don’t think the UK should be using their missiles to attack Russia, it seems dangerous and not what the UK government is elected to do.

It’s really that simple and doesn’t need people to larp as Rommel or whatever.

As a Russian I'd argue the Putin regime needs to be stopped at any cost. They have gone too far. They got banned from Eurovision. I'm sick of having to cheer for Finland.

When the US/UK illegally invaded Iraq/Afghanistan and slaughtered millions of women and children because they lied about WMDs, do you think Russia and BRICS should have entered into a blood feud against us because it’s the “right” thing to do?

Russia tried to join NATO, and spent decades warning about encroaching on their borders - so it’s not even remotely as bad as what we did 20 years ago destroying nations across the Middle East massacring millions.

Russia has done 1 mobilization of 300k troops, besides that they've been relying on volunteers and foreign mercenaries. Russia actually spent the first 2 years of the war with less troops fielded than Ukraine.

This says more about their underestimating Ukraine and straining to pivot than any kind of discernible skill. And the US estimates 600k war dead for Russia, so even if that's exaggerated, I tend to believe Russia is under reporting its mobilization numbers.

They spent most of 2022 and 2023 just artillery shelling and missile striking Ukrainian positions

Now most of the Ukrainian army doesn't have legs and are old men who were forcefully conscripted and since August Russia has been pretty steadily just advancing across the whole front.

You're right about their approach, but i would disagree on just how effective it's been. Russia has made modest gains this year in concentrated areas that remain contested thanks to sustained artillery attacks. But yes, I would agree they have the upper hand at the moment. However, if Ukraine was as weak as you claim, there would be no contested territory, would there? Or the grandpas and amputees are exceptional fighters?

Ukraine simply doesn't have the manpower to stop Russian advances in a meaningful way anymore,

Russia's defenders have said this throughout the war's duration, yet here we are. Still at a stalemate.
Everything NATO/Ukraine does at this point is basically scorched Earth, making sure every field has mines it in and every city is rubble so Russia has to spend its budget fixing everything once they capture it

or Ukraine could use missiles to attack Russia artillery positions and regain the upper hand...

BRICS isn't a military alliance, or really anything of substance. And if you think Brazil is ever fighting a war against the US, you don't know anything about the Brazilian military.

I know but you’ve jumped on a pedantic point that isn’t being made to ignore the actual argument.

The UK government isn’t elected to fire missiles at Russia after inserting themselves into a conflict that doesn’t involve them. If you think it involves them because of a moral argument, why didn’t Russia fire missiles at us when we illegally invaded many countries recently and massacred millions of women and children?

Ukraine is unironically more powerful than any NATO army

They had huge Soviet stockpiles, have conscripted well over a million men by this point and received 8 years straight of military combat experience and training against the Russians before the main invasion even started.

Russia would wipe the floor with England, France, Germany and of course all the nothing minor NATO countries.

The only NATO country that actually poses a threat to anyone is the U.S

Did you seriously just cite Soviet-era weaponry as a good thing? NATO outguns Russia in manpower, training, and equipping. 4th generation NATO hand me downs are defeating 5th gen Russian fighters, but yes by all means please continue praising their technological edge.

But Belgium doesn't have 70s-era MiGs, so fuck why even bother?

If they did, it would be an act of war. But Ukraine did. In response to a sustained invasion.
