A lot of the Bible is obvious poetry. You can't take a book that's a mix of genres and expect it all to be literal. Adam and Eve were real, though. There had to be a first man and a first woman even from an atheistic perspective. As for Jesus having magic - He's God. Everything was created by him and through him and Christians are supposed to quibble on whether or not he could turn water into wine?
It's something to do with a computers ability to do calculations or something, not sure 100%.

The scientific method is fine for all of my day to day conveniences. Electricity, the internet, instant communication across the entire planet... But I draw the line at anything interfering with the bible.
