First of all, who? Second of all, some context. Someone pitched Bobcat Goldwaith to come on the show. Opie’s reasoning for turning this down is some bullshit about being Jay Mohrs “Bro” because Jay Mohr was married to ugly slut Nicki Cox, who formerly dated Bobcat.

Jay never made any mention of having a problem with the dude, or not wanting O&A to have him in. So Opie, even though he says “Hey we all decided not to have him in!” 100% made an execute decision to not have him on out of a retarded “loyalty”
