Definitely not satanic blood sacrifice but also not an accident either. The autopsy was pretty clear that he did not inject nor snort the heroin. He took heroin and cocaine poured into a shot of vodka. But pretty much everyone knows that one of his friends spiked his drink to get him super high for fun. But the drug cocktail was like three times as much heroin as it takes to cause an immediate overdose. They were all drugged out losers who ran with organized crime gangs, cults, and murders. The body of the owner of the Viper Room still hasn't been found since he went missing.

Also when you take heroin or fentanyl they can give you drugs like narcan and whatnot to stop you from dying. But stuff like Valium prevents the narcan from working which River Phoenix had also taken. So the EMTs didn't have anything for him. And his stupid fag Hollywood friends hid his shaking dancing body in the backroom for over 30 minutes hoping he would recover and that they could avoid calling 911. So by the time they called 911 the heroin had been absorbed into his system for an hour.
