I had avoided the show before but the doctor really sells it. He just flat out tells them they're lying sacks of shit. He asks them to lose some weight, and then they always gain it while doing the whole "I don't know what to tell you, doc!" routine. He gives them a fucking 800 calorie per day limit and they'll act like they don't know what a calorie is so they can ignore it. The number of them that get told to lose a 100 pounds and turn up weighing an extra 30 is incredible.

Now I gotta go watch this fat bitch. 633 pounds but takes her sweater off before getting on the scale so it's not 634.

That fat fag used to be a YouTuber named ‘FatBoyGetDown’ around 10-15 years ago. He was a fat obvious homo who would dance like a fruit while guzzling Mountain Dew.
