Extremely uneventful as expected. Summary below -

  • Awkward first 10 mins where they were scrambling to get hold of Barnes
  • Brinton then informs judge that Barnes isn't needed because the KF/Null shit is all settled anyway
  • Brinton explains that they need to wait until Thursday to see if the California judge is going to compel Cloudflare to give up quasi's info, which then according to Brinton means they'll magically be able to get the info for all the other Does
  • The next hearing in Wisconsin is scheduled for January 20th 2022, so they've got enough time to get info for all the other Does
  • Nicole sat there looking unkempt and mousy as usual
  • This is the most ludicrous case in the history of the US

Basically everything rests on Thursday. Brinton essentially admitted if they don't get their way in California, their entire case is fucked and this whole thing comes to an end.

It's just insane how the judge doesn't question any of this and hasn't from the start. Brinton just makes statements like "Once we have quasi's identity, we'll then be able to get the identity of all the other Does". Fucking how? There's 60 of them ffs. Even if this was just a regular forum, does the judge think forum admin's have a file with the real name, address, social security number etc. of every single member? Most of the other named Does haven't done a fucking thing that even approaches being illegal anyway, so it's irrelevant if they could identify them or not.

This whole thing is nuts. The silver lining is pig is having his teats milked bone dry.

24 of does are from funeral site, plenty of others are from Amazon/kiwi etc.

it’s not their job to question what they’re being told by the lawyers at this stage. It’s why they always sign those disclaimers about telling the truth as they know it.

he’s spent 150 grand to not even get to pre trial and achieve nothing but falling for spaceedge’s stuff and harassing random people because of it

My point was that not even half of those 60 are connected to this site and Brinton has other defendants to follow, instead he focuses only on this site.
