I guess Bernie neglected to mention that Norway is a tiny country (population 5 million) that's sitting on an ocean of oil and natural gas. They're the largest producer of both outside of the Middle East. They also have rich supplies of mineral wealth and lumber, and the largest sovereign wealth fund in the world. So yeah, providing top quality socialised medicine and social services to their people is no big deal.
