Steve C was treated like shit for no reason

Humans are mostly non-verbal cues + hierarchy.

Every one of those POS' picked up whatever 'weakness' Steve C had that compelled himself to quit on his child and commit suicide. Fucking scavenging vultures. Cowards too, because they wouldn't bully someone who was spiritually fit... but this is a jungle you cant put yourself out there with vulnerabilities and not expect scavengers to swoop in.

Spiritual fitness is as important as physical and mental.

Shoehorn Tranth busting on Pendulum was real rich.

What was Steve supposed to do, put on blackface and steal from Otis Redding with his crackhead gomer brother?
Seriously. Did he forget about that drivel he played with his brother, Joseph Cumia (@Gay Faggot. ), Oh Dara? Real rich when AntH tried to act like a pro musician. He was in a Chili Peppers ripoff band!

I listened to some Steve clips this weekend and I got pissed a few times on his behalf. Also, whenever he is on the air, it reminds how the "Steve C impression" sounds nothing like him.

Kind of like Howard's Ba-Ba Booey and Scott Salem impersonations
I remember even back at WNEW, they never made fun of Steve for his over-polished voice. If you're gonna make fun of him, that's where you should start. Instead, they gave him a gay lisp for no reason whatsoever.

Steve did everything for them. He booked guests, edited and hosted videos, did promos, edited promos and sweepers, and ran the whole show. But tits only cared about people who could provide immediate content. Who would prank a news team? Who would suggest jocktober? Who would allow himself to be mocked every day for his weight? Not Steve, because he had actual work to do.

I keep telling them we need a visual element! *sniff* why do I have a feeling those lazy fucks only did that instead of putting any effort into getting one?

The first show after Anthony got fired ON HIS DAY OFF (by the way -- do you know how stupid you have to be to get your ass fired on your day off?)

It was the very episode (in spirit) of the Opie Radio franchise but more importantly, the first time the show was live on youtube HD video for free with multiple camera angles.

Main takeaway? Opie figured shit out in mere days after Anthony wasn't around to mess things up.

Steve was the target for the two opies together. When Jim and Ant fucked with him, you could tell it was just bustin balls. But the tits twins were cruel about it, trying to put Steve in the same category as Bobo, Di, etc as the only people they could feel superior to. I never understood why no one knocked both of their teeth out.

Wrong. Anthony HATED Steve on a personal level. He and Danny used to plot before the show about ways to mess with Steve. Anthony did the same with Norton against Opie. Faggy passive aggressive behavior. The guys in the backroom messed with Master Po and others the same way. Stealing things from them, hiding their car keys, mocking them, secretly recording them. The difference was that if someone pissed off Anthony's boyfriend Danny, it would then turn to Anthony attacking them on the air over and over. Master Po never really pissed off Danny by ripping on him the way that Steve did. They fought but it was over trivial stuff. And Danny was a sensitive little bitch with Anthony to protect him. Anthony and Jim did not attend Steve C's funeral only Opie did. Danny hated Steve C and so Anthony went along with it.

The show had miserable loser staff members. Master Po was a psychotic criminal with all sorts of legal issues and arrests and sexual harassment complaints. Steve C had weight issues and was on all sorts of fad diets and roids. Ben Sparks was fired and spent an entire decade harassing Opie. Erock basically stole $100K from the staff with the lottery contest. Pat Duffy brushed his teeth with shit to get a job then was never hired because of Sam. They all hated each other and were always backstabbing each other. These guys worked together for decades so there were bound to be fights just like a marriage.

And Steve C never punched anyone in the face because he was a pussy like everyone else on the staff. They all worked in radio and were nerds. How many radio shows where the staff fought actually had real violent fights? Artie from Stern and that is basically it unless you count driveby shootings with Hot97. None of them were actual fighters not even Master Po. Anthony was touted as the most 'alpha male' of the crew and turned out to be a literal nana feeding faggot who got beaten up by a hooker and fired over it. Artie was threatening to kill people and on heroin and had to be fired. Steve C was just a mope who offed himself leaving behind a wife and a kid.

What's the story behind this? i thought he just won the NY State lottery?
Basically the NYPost would print a lottery number in its Sunday paper every week. Each paper was supposed to have a different number in it. But due to a printing error there ended up being hundreds of winners one Sunday. All of the winners were put into a drawing with one being selected the actual winner. The staff at O&A had a NYPost subscription. Erock claimed he also had a NYPost subscription that was his own though Sirius likely paid for it.

Erock brought in a NYPost with the winning number on it and sent to the NYPost for the drawing. Erock won the drawing. The staff claimed it was their Post from the office that was sent in. Erock claimed it was his. The staff wanted to share the winnings. Erock took the money for himself. It was $100K so it was no small amount. Erock also came from a very wealthy family so the staff complained as well. Opie that same week abandoned Erock after a concert and then blamed Erock on air as a goof.

Haha damn. That should have been easy to prove, the paper would have an address to where it was delivered

honestly I couldn't care less. I have a problem morally with Sam jewing money out of someone else so him being denied something makes me happy.
