house i just bought doesnt have a meter, I scheduled to turn it on so we can start burning garbage in some hobo bin and have a hose ready
I'm wondering what will happen when i eventually flip it to live in it, can i never tell them? What are the implications of never having a true meter to gauge my usage?
Will there really be some fag who works for the company that notices i've only payed the flat $17.64 every month for years. It seems unlikely, so I could be due for a steady couple of grand of savings every year if i continue and am not monitored on this site yet

Also as someone who’s completely unfamiliar with Britian are you one of those pub football fans with a pint, a fish and chippies bloak, or a “BLOODY HELL” nigger?
I do say "bloody hell" sometimes. I'll eat fish and chips a few times a year, but only near the coast (pro tip for any tourist funsters - don't get fish and chips in London or any city/town that isn't next to the sea.) IMO there's something undignified about a married guy with kids on the wrong side of 35 regularly going to pubs, so no to the first one

I mean it should, considering how much it rains there, but we also invented capitalism so no.
Most the south, where majority live, is drier than a lot of places in the US. We have a pretty weird climate considering how far north we are. Some places have been in drought conditions for over a year.

It's a maritime climate, that's why it's usually so mild year round.

You can loff but it's kinda liberating to not pay for things, it just takes a strong mindset... I don't know what kinda retard ends-up in the newspaper crowing about it, I don't think I've ever paid for water in my homes - I just start talking ethereal nonsense, say that energy can't be created only exchanged, physics is a closed system, all sorts of good stuff... once I established they weren't going to cut my water off or take me away, it was merely a conceptual discussion anyway, inconsequential.
