Should individuals in their late 20s early 30s be able to complain about anything in life if they don't have real responsibilities?

Idk it is more dignified and attractive to women to have a roommate than to live with mom and dad so you can post your bank account balance on r/personalfinance.
I couldnt imagine living with my parents after college but I would advise my kids to live at home until they had a healthy bank account. It just makes life easier.
