A lot of the alt-comedy UCB people from the mid 2000s. Which ties into another thing I cringe at used to liking, Comedy Bang Bang. Andy Daley still gives me a hearty loff tho
I remember going to their free asscat shows in Manhattan and I remember them being funny but I’m also gay as fuck.

I remember Comedy Bang Bang had an ep where someone was impersonating Fred Phelps and was using the Faggot word freely. Those shows you saw probably are still funny but the people in them have become so aggressively repellent

The fag comedy twins showed up to one of the shows I went to. Wore glasses, squinty eyes. Forgot their name but their whole gimmick was that they were twins.

I liked Bill Hicks from about 16 to 18, and i couldn't explain it if someone gave me a million dollars to... Smug, self important douchebag, he was/is everything i hate about comedians today.
I haven't watched him in 10 years and thought he was gay back then.

But watching him now, he's super gay. Holy shit, what a fucking faggot.

I thought this was a goddamn masterpiece when I saw it. I'm pretty sure I taped it. This guy's Canadian and this is some shitty "Comedy Network" special. I'm positive it doesn't hold up without even watching it because I remember the guy basically like meth head Jim Carrey and being super animated and goofy but also did dirty jokes. This is old as hell but I remember two bits from it and I've seen them both ripped off a bunch since. When he says "I'm not even the comic". And when he talks about his dad catching him smoking as a kid he's like "so he pulled out this great big Cuban cigar. He lit it up... and he made me suck his cock."

I can't remember if it was this guy or Sean Rouse that Norton pouted about not being able to get on da show.

Edit: this is actually funnier than I thought it'd be. He's got some good jokes but the execution is annoying because he jumps around like Dane Cook constantly. If you can get around that I'd actually sort of recommend it.

Edit again: the act-outs are REALLY hard to take.
