I haven't filed anything. I haven't been contacted by my ISP or anything.
I have put together motions to quash and dismiss under anti-SLAPP, and what I posted on KF was barely half of the damning counter-evidence.
It's all just sitting on my HD ready to destroy Pig in a third state. Also, my state has its own test that must he satisfied. I'm sure that dummy thinks if he can just slog his way out of Krinskyfornia that he'll be fine--not so.
Even though I've put it all together in the proper formatting, I would have everything looked over and filed by a real attorney, and Pig would be forced to pay those legal fees. He would also, looking at legal precedents in my state, easily be declared a public figure. I find it unlikely he wouldn't he forced to pay additional sanctions as well. I'm asking for $25,000 in addition to legal fees.
The completeness and sheer amount of other shit going on probably confused Will.
I'd still hope to tie him up over at KF if he's stupid enough to try again--and he is. However, if he managed to push it through, he would have to file in my state, and he would be destroyed.
I was only panicked when people were getting subpoenas with 2 days left to respond before their information was turned over, and the judge was shrugging and horse-barning it.
I don't want that fat, drunken lunatic finding out who I am and gunning me down, but I would be glad to anonymously collect thousands of dollars from him.
