Secondly, the actual clip is around ten seconds and doesn't need an edit. The Sun put those unnecessaty edits in there because in the real clip, you can hear that voice from far away and the shell casings dropping right outside the door within a second. The voice doesn't even belong to the shooter.

I haven't been following the news, who does the voice belong to? I know the police said that the shooting wasn't ideological or something to that effect
