My favorite Gilbert story, was when he was on Howard's show and Amy Heckerling's assistant called in. Both of her parents survived (((The Shoah))) and Gilbert goofed on her when she picked him up at the airport.

He has to mention it but he'll probably downplay it a little and ignore the fact that Gilbert was on the show all the time way back when. IMO he may have been Stern's best regular guest during the glory days.
