also, the person in the video precisely takes the dark stairs with obvious familiarity, if you watch any video of someone 'creeping' on a stranger's property it looks nothing like that

The filename of the video is the linux epoch timestamp the recording was made. It's a common filenaming method for linux based systems. It's the same filename that his lawyer sent.
