Guy I watch on YouTube is from rural Wisconsin and he can pretty autistic with the enunciating at times too. I wonder if it's as simple as Wisconsin being incredibly gay and Rick just takes it to cartoonish levels like every other aspect of his life.

Say "they thank me" out loud a couple times. They thank me. Both start with "th", but they is easier to say, it rolls off the tongue. They they they they they. Thank requires you to give a little hiss at the beginning, which is clearly what Patrick struggles with. Thank thank thank thank thank.

He had trouble as a kid, he was forced to take speech classes, he hated them just like every other class, and now when he gets angry it all comes rushing back. Tttttttthanks for teaching him over-pronunciation.

I think he's trying to sound something like the interviewer here, Peter Robinson (East Coast WASP with degrees from Dartmouth, Oxford and Stanford Business School - wrote Reagan's "Tear down this wall speech" among others, research fellow at the Hoover Institution etc.)
