Reminder: Resto and Mayr's Incompetence lead to specific instances of Pat owing more money

In addition to Pat's claim that he wasn't even aware this was a possibility, the ineptitude of his legal representation lead to specific instances of more fees being required.

They included things not relevant to the quash which led directly to quasi's lawyers having to spend time to refute them. This would have saved both the money on his own lawyers and then quasi's lawyer fees as well.

For example, including the nonsense about the twitter banning comments required time from Pena to go through the twitter terms of service.

I don't know. I think Brinty not showing up in CA this last time was telling. He's the one that wrote the last statements and couldn't even be bothered to call in. He probably doesn't chase the ambulance but sits in the parking lot sucking the chrome plating off.

What I mean is pat is fat and Brinton fucks his sister when she's in heat. He just doesn't eat the ass right.

They also acted like we own or work at Twitter and are therefor responsible for the rightful ban. It is really one of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen and made everybody involved in bringing it up look incredibly stupid. Twitter has fucked his brain beyond repair

It's a bizarre strategy, putting such a heavy emphasis in a lawsuit on something that is not illegal in any criminal or civil form whatsoever.

Dont think he's allowed if he's not a Cali attorney. Remember how strict the Judge was with Firstname Lastname, Esq?

He could if he were admitted pro hac vice, but he never submitted it for some reason. Its why he was the one talking during the wisconsin hearing and not ways. It also possible he's submitted too many in the past few years. California takes that shit seriously as they have one of the most difficult bar exams in the country. They tell you to pass the bar in California or get fucked.
Resto is based out of Ohio and he shows up on camera in Wisconsin.

He's pro hac vice and the wisconsin bar is a joke.

They are claiming tortious interference. This has been litigated already and laughed out of court.
1. Tomlinson doesn't have a business relationship with twitter
2. Even if he did, its not a tort to report actual violations.
3. Even if it were, he can't prove who submitted which reports.

Do you think Mayr warned him that there was virtually no way of changing Judge Schulman's decision, and that contesting it would likely cause him to tack on the additional $6,000 of attorney's fees?

I wonder if the SFWA will cough up more money to sue the traffic lawyer.

Nope. Milton gets paid in the end. Haven’t you seen office space?
