Reminder: Resto and Mayr's Incompetence lead to specific instances of Pat owing more money

In addition to Pat's claim that he wasn't even aware this was a possibility, the ineptitude of his legal representation lead to specific instances of more fees being required.

They included things not relevant to the quash which led directly to quasi's lawyers having to spend time to refute them. This would have saved both the money on his own lawyers and then quasi's lawyer fees as well.

For example, including the nonsense about the twitter banning comments required time from Pena to go through the twitter terms of service.

He could if he were admitted pro hac vice, but he never submitted it for some reason. Its why he was the one talking during the wisconsin hearing and not ways.
