I think it’s just posturing for the most part.

He knew he owed Quasi but he said for months that he didn’t. Then he tweeted a 24 tweet series that he does owe Quasi but if CC mentions it now he gets no childed. He just can’t let anyone score a point on him no matter what.

He knows he has gained weight since high school, he knows he isn’t a 6 figure author, and he knows no fans come see him at events.

he used to be able to cosplay all this shit with other losers on Twitter but now he’s got atalkers calling him out on it and he just denies it to not give us the satisfaction.

So weird that he never subpoenaed that protonmail address. The Swiss have excellent privacy legislation, but it doesn't cover threats or harassment. You'd think having an international-trained wine lawyer who speaks one of Switzerland's national languages (French) fluently would make that a lay up.

Very odd; I hope Jerry asks him about it under oath. It's off-topic, but worth a shot.

I'm glad the original lolsuit never went anywhere but he made sure points 7-8 were in there and he was asking for damages. If it had gone to court, I would have loved to see him try and prove that not having a Twitter account cost him money. First, because we know his books weren't selling before Norm/11 and secondly because he couldn't help himself and fatly Tweeted multiple times that he made money off of the suspension.
