Is any of it actually good?

Caviar looks horrible - is it nice?

Seafood looks horrible in general. Fancy wine and champagne isn’t nice.

I’m just asking questions.
Hugh quality fresh seafood is amazing, I don’t know what you’re getting at here.

Wine can be hit or miss, same with champagne.

Caviar is ok if you like salty food.

Lobster is overrated, but crab is awesome. So are scallops, shrimp, mussels, and clams.

Caviar does nothing for me. Truffles add flavor to dishes, but it doesn’t justify the price.

I’ve found very little difference in wine above $40-$50. It’s better than mass-produced shit, but something that’s like $15 can be that too.

Filet mignon takes a back seat to the rib eye and the NY strip, but they’re all expensive.

Give examples. None of it looks appealing.
Depends what you like. I like oysters and cold seafood (lobster, shrimp, crab, etc.)

I also like fresh fish on the grill. Grouper slaps, child, so does snapper.

The thing about seafood is it has to be fresh, preferably never frozen. It’s one of the healthiest things you can eat (if you don’t fry it and make all shitty).

Truffle shit is gay, and most places use truffle oil and all it does is overpower everything else.

Scallops are great and require nothing more than fat, salt, and pepper to be better than 90% of anything else you could eat.
