Lol, that didn't even occur to me - having a job, kids, responsibilities etc. They may as well have bought a few rocks and smoked the night away in a Motel 6. They have nothing better to do.

That’s a fun trip too! Did that a couple years ago with some buddies. Road tripped, split a cheap motel between 4 of us like we were 19, get drunk before and after and act like a kid again.
