I honestly never cared for Hicks. He never made me laugh and I could barely understand what he was mumbling with his mush mouth.
He was basically doing Gail's "yeah totally i agree" gimmick before she started.
Seemed he only rose to prominence because Ron wanted to ignore Fez and Hicks made him feel like a kid again.
