they think they're getting over on the government and the free money is great... but actually you just become complacent and accomplish less. without the PPP loans maybe rick would have went back to actually working or wrote a couple of vanity books, but nope nothing of value accomplished.

If you search for Milwaukee PPP loans, it's clear by looking at the names which "community" decided to abuse the program.
