Language doesn't "evolve" in the way that he means. He's trying to infer that words "change definitions / meaning" over time, which simply isn't true. Pat desperately wants "Nazi" to mean "conservative" instead of "socialist", and wants "fascist" to mean "anyone who questions their governing body". The fact that dictionaries or anyone outside of the mentally ill Twittersphere won't conform to this maddens him.

Something being "in print" means that there's been sufficient enough demand for something to remain in print past it's initial pressings.
