It’s possible. I think ole Roy Boy died of a broken heart. Niki was his special autistic mini me and she married a fat slob loser with no future. Accelerated his death for sure, in my opinion.

I think it’s also obvious that Charlie and Toni also dislike Pat. From what I read here Toni made some statements in a now deleted IG post where she basically alluded to Pat being unbearable and a dickhead.
