No, here's what happened:
He the first ban was for that tweet that Trump should fuck himself with a pineapple. When he got his precious back 10 months or whatever it was later the first thing he posted was some gloating victory lap about how the cyberatalkers weren't able to keep him down. He was largely (heh) forgotten, but had to make it a point to remind everyone why he was so hated.
So no, piggy-boy never once, not for an instant, tried to ignore any stlaker, troll, cyberbigot, Nazi, or child in his entire time on the internet.
