- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

It’s hilarious to say this but… Pat reminds me a lot of convicted Felon, registered Sex Offender and Serial Police impersonator Jeremy DeWitte. They’re both narcissists that can never admit their own failings, cite things from people who never told them that, and act like they’re the ultimate authority on what the law is in any situation. DeWitte actually ran a successful business being arguably a way worse person than Pat is. If DeWitte could have some self reflection and change his more police wannabe behavior he could be a millionaire. If Pat could stop treating everyone on the internet like some child he has to educate, he could have a legit fan following.
