I think LEO - INCLUDING the FBI - just doesn’t give a shit because of what a terrible “victim” Patrick is. I do believe the fbi has looked at this, probably has someone working it, and it’s probably priority zero for that person because Pat eggs it on, it’s hard to convict if he’s out of the country, and there are easier and more important cases like Paul Weimer’s hard drive to deal with.

Pat still swears its coming from here without any proof other than he can come here and see people that fuck with him laughing at his internet posts. His swatting have never been celebrated or seen as funny from people here. So now pat mentions torswats, where his swatting is actually coming from and he isnt from here. Because it hasn't been 45+ swattings, it's 4-5 where the police show up with guns or Patrick makes a scene outside the hovel, and 40+ "leave a note in the mailbox saying it happened again". In a few of those, he claims he was "swatted" by firefighters.

Patrick has this "the world is how I define it" mentality which leads to pretty much every article written about him being peppered with the word "claims". Mr. Tomlinson claims he's been swatted over 45 times.

Dan was banned for allegedly inviting him to the forum - which is fine, admin was right to take action. But do you seriously think that was actually Torswats? The thread over there has tons of actual info about the guy and the group he's a part of. He's released audio of his swatting calls, he's said he was going to swat somebody before they were swatted. He's a real person and an actual psychopath. He has swatted some people more than he's swatted Rick. Before I read that thread I didn't know shit about the guy but whoever made it did a hell of a job tracking down screenshots from discord groups and telegram messages. Everyone here saying that he's eventually going to get caught is missing my point, which is asking why/how he hasn't been caught already. Something doesn't add up.

I think the theory is that this person is in a country that the US has no cooperation from. So they are semi protected.

If the Kiwi thread is to be believed, then it makes no sense why that guy is still a free man. Swatting is taken very seriously by the feds contrary to what many are claiming. They don't shrug their shoulders at a guy being swatted 45 times. I'm almost inclined to believe that the author of that thread is trying to throw the authorities off the scent because of how quickly it popped up with screenshots from completely random /soc/ threads from 4+ years ago. The Kiwi thread claims that TS should not be trusted when they say Patrick swatted himself, yet doesn't provide any explanation for why Patrick is completely absent from all their group chats, or why he didn't have a cowbin thread until after being exposed, or why he was swatted significantly more times than all their other targets combined. If they had gotten the right guy, he would have DFE'd. Yet he is still offering swatting services like nothing happened.
