I think I understand what you're trying to say: so, it's perfectly fine for one to say "Dominic Franchetti is a pedophile," because he has been arrested, charged, and convicted of sex crimes against a child, but when it comes to Patrick S. Tomlinson, who is good friends with convicted pedophile Dominic Franchetti, one would have to qualify any pedophilia as "alleged." I think I get it.

I got a crash course on this with Logan Lynn when I said that he allegedly puts penis inside his body. Turns out, he definitively puts penis inside his body, so the "alleged" aspect is no longer necessary.
