I had back issues for about 5 years which never really went away even after exercising more and changing my diet. It wasn't debilitating pain but it was enough that it started to limit things I could do with my younger kids. About 6 months ago I was telling a guy at work about it and recommended this thing on Amazon that cost like 20 bucks. It's a plastic thing with ridges in it that you lay on for 10 minutes. The ridges are designed to separate and relieve the pressure on vertebra. I was skeptical but for 20 bucks I gave it a shot. Well it took about 2 days of using it and the pain went away and hasn't comeback. I currently only use it every 2 or 3 days but I've gone a couple of weeks without using before my back started to hurt again. In my case I never had a back injury that caused me pain but more of a getting older thing.
And this contraption...does it have a fucking name?

I always loved how 100% of the time you'd be swiping through a dating app, you'd see at least one fat bitch letting you know "I'm a bigger girl and I'm happy with my body so if you're not into plus sized women, keep moving." That's exactly what they're going to do, retard. They'll swipe left and forget they ever saw you. People aren't just matching with fat chicks to message them like "Ew, eat a salad, lardass." Maybe if you weren't an outwardly unpleasant, insecure bitch in your profile you might find someone desperate enough to be in a relationship with you or even find some horny good looking guy that would throw you a pity fuck.
It's all a cope. they just do it to pretend they are the one rejecting those guys before they are rejected

For a lot of niggling, years-long pains, the solution often really is simple. Work the affected area with some targeted exercises and massages and it's shocking how quickly it goes away.

I know what you're talking about and I'm definitely going to get one. I have some acupressure spike-mat thing that I lay on when I'm down for the day that makes the pain go away while I'm laying on it but as soon as I get up off of it, it's back.

I've been dealing with it for 4 or 5 years now and oddly the only time it ever completely went away for a week was when I first met my girlfriend and I really don't know what I was doing differently. The first time we had sex, the next day I woke up crippled again.

It works opposite for me. It hurts while I'm laying on but as soon as I get up off the floor I feel good. I did have the same problem with a girl I was dating for a little while. Eventually figured out that it wasn't the sex but the fact that when I stayed overnight at her place she would sleep with her head on my chest which combined with her soft ass pillows put my spine at a weird ass angle all night. I will say the pussy was definitely worth the discomfort until I realized how fucking nuts she was. Turns out that female psychologists are some of the most damaged people around.
