Remember the last ban sequence began with an 8 hour sleepless weekend night before a restoration, suspend, rinse, wash, repeat cycle. He's going insane right now.

You're 100% correct. He won't sleep tonight. If he actually has a phone number to someone that line is ringing off the hook right now. If all he has is an email, he's sent at least a half dozen emails and is probably refreshing constantly to check for a response.
