Gosia has her cheat days like me, but she eats even cleaner then I do. The main difference is she still intakes carbohydrates, while I limit mine, and that's because she dances so much she actually requires the energy source. There's days she doesn't get enough and she'll have to cut it short because she'll be utterly drained, she really keeps a good eye on it.
