This nigger's just into his forties and he's already got the health problems a man 20 years his senior would have. It's one of the clearest windows into his insanity. It's one thing to brag and lie about your career or personal achievements in public, but to say you're an Adonis when you're objectively in very poor fucking health for your age is the peak of lunacy.

I hope he doesn't snap out of this delusion (one out of many) because he looks like he'll drop dead at 50 if he keeps this up.

Plus poor hydration. He probably thought beer had enough water to consider himself hydrated. Looks like he learned his lesson and now tries to include actual water in between beers.

His health is so shitty he actually got bumped up on the vaccine list and was getting it with the 65 plus crowd. He bragged about getting his shot before others not realizing that means he’s seen as an elderly person.
